Historic castle tours, Comfortable outdoor seating areas, Easy accessibility for travelers
Room size was cramped and decor felt outdated!!! Poor sound insulation allowed noise from other rooms to creep in disturbingly!!! Management response to complaints lacked urgency, leading to more frustration!!!

The Twin Room was comfy with great little touches like extra charger points and a handy shelf for the hairdryer. I loved unwinding in the garden after dinner and lounging in the cozy seating area with a glass of wine. The only downside was the noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin the overall vibe. 😊

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! The pancakes at breakfast were a highlight, and I loved the cozy vibe. We also visited the nearby Kirby Muxloe Castle for stunning photos. The staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, walls are a bit thin, so pack some earplugs just in case.
We found the room we stayed in to be quite basic and in need of some refurbishing. The bathroom had some peeling paint, and the noise from outside was a bit of a bother. It somewhat affected the overall experience.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings. fresh options and a delightful atmosphere set the perfect tone for the day. the heating in my room was struggling. It got a bit chilly overnight, and I wished the staff could have provided a portable heater. That being said, the overall stay was quite pleasant and enjoyable.

Slightly limited seating in common areas would help.
